This isn't true. Assuming by infinity you mean aleph-0, the cardinality of aleph-0 * aleph-0 is still aleph-0. Assuming the Continuum Hypothesis is true and that aleph-1 = c or R or "the set of all Real numbers", then aleph-1 is the powerset of aleph-0 (2^aleph-0).You need infinity multiplied by infinity to get Aleph-1.
