Why wasn't the official Viz scans used for the calc?

This scan shows the size of the Quincy Vanderich after replacing the Seireitei.

Literally the same scans used on the calc, also scaling the meteor by Yhwach's palace would give a much lower result.

How? Yhwach's palace replace the whole Seireitei. What about the meteors size compare to the Seireitei?

I mean the individual building Yhwach uses as his headquarters.That's how the scaling was done, i compared the meteor to the Seiretei.

The individual buildings that replace the ones in Seireitei, were 3 to 2 stories high compare to the shinigamis. Also, isn't the meteor in the scan bigger than Seireitei? The dome is still there, only the inside was replaced.

The Clock tower is as big as Sokyoku Hill. The structures are enormous compare to the Shinigami's Seireitei.
