Aren't those not allowed when you start at slower than your opponent? Mogami is Sub-Rel+ to base Negima's MHS+. I could be wrong.
 
Yes, he's MHS+ at base, but he always use his Raiten Taiso in a fight that boost his speed to Rel.
 
Doesn't really matter though, because Mogami just mindhaxes or life sucks with a thought before he can think to Amp.

Well, yeah but I'm asking if they're allowed. From what I know, the slower characters amps aren't allowed if they result in a speed blitz.
 
Fair point. Speed equal or unequal, Mogami mind-haxes.
 
Any blitz makes a match invalid. Although a slower character can get speed amps, but not if it results in a win for the slower character strictly because of them.

During a match where speed is equalized, speed amplification techniques are allowed, unless they lead to a victory via Speed Blitz in favor of the slower character.

Negi is MHS+ in base, making him slower than Mogami from the get-go. Ergo, the amps aren't allowed.

Yes, with amps. Mogami blitzes him in speed unequal since he can't even put the amps into use in time.

Even then, Mogami mind-haxes from the get-go with a thought while Negima can't even put him down.

He needs to think. In speed unequal Mogami is at least 5 times faster. The latter also only needs to think for mind-hax to take effect. In speed equal, both need to think but one incaps whle the other just boosts his speed and AP.

And again, Negima has nothing that could put Mogami down before he thinks.
 
He have sealing. But he doest use it in this tier because he doesnt have enemy he cant defeat in the story.
 
There's also his his Transmutation via Ensis Exsequens causes damage by instantly converting matter from a solid (or liquid) into a gas, via a violent phase transition to attack its target.

No idea if it can bypass High Regen.

He can't beat Cole if that's it.

Hell he doesn't beat Edel if he only has limited mind resistance

Mogami regens from raw energy and single molecules, no it is not bypassing his regen. And let's see;

Power Null is a no-go since Mogami ain't magic.

Sealing isn't in-character.

Soul-hax are resisted.

Transmutation is a no-go cuz ghost.

Aything else?

He transmutes ghosts? Cool, he still gets mindhaxed by both Edel and Mogami.

And he can't put Cole down either.

More like he is fighting people who are really close to a ghost. But they have resistance. But the place where enemy was stab was frozen.

Cool. Mogami regenerates. And that's assuming he hasn't mind-haxed Negi by now.
