Okay. I'm freed from the Exam season for a while. Now I'm back in shape for VS Threads again!

After an encounter with Joker that doesn't go well for him, Mr. Kuroto is challenged by another Low 2-C, The Dragonborn! (No. No Archie Sonic yet. I can sense revisions heating for him and I don't wanna use him yet)

Conditions:

Lv. Billion Genm VS DLC Dovahkiin

Both are 200 Meters from eachother

Fight takes place at whatever rocky plains thing in Kamen Rider VS Dai-Shocker

Speed Equalized

The BFR ability is called Mora's Grasp, which is capable of freezing and trasnporting someone to a place somewhere between Mundus and Oblivion (with Mundus being a Low 1-C realm and Oblivion being a High 1-B realm). The absorbtion ability comes from the Staff of Magnus which is capable of absorbing power from the Eye of Magnus to the point where it stop releasing power in a few second. This is the same Eye of Magnus that Ancano was going to use to destroy Mundus. The staff can also absorb life force.

The BFR ability is thought-based, while he just need to point at the enemy for the staff's beam to come out and suck Dan's life force up.
 
Is it thought-based? And is it his first move? Because the Dovahkiin is a Prisoner, which means that he starts with every possible moves all at the same time.
 
Yes, it is but about unless Kuroto is bloodlust then Dovan BFR or absorb.

This match-up, in my opinion, either end up as Incon or stomp in Dovan favor.
 
Honestly, most matches with the Dovahkiin in it either end with him stomping (Discord vs Dovahkiin, Dante vs Dovahkiin, etc..) or him getting stomped (Dovahkiin vs Arceus and Dovahkiin vs Reinhard). It's kind of funny, really.
 
If it helps, the Dovahkiin only get his BFR ability during the Dragonborn DLC (which is the key being used here) and Dan might be able to get an incon if we bloodlust the both of them. So we can either bloodlust them or just change the Dovahkiin's key to his End Game key.

Well, he has Mehrunes Razor, a dagger that is capable of sending soul to a High 1-B entity (Dagon) that exist inside of Oblivion. But this requires him to touch his opponent with the dagger. He also has the Staff of Corruption that can make a duplicate of the enemy. Auriel's Bow that is capable of harnessing a High 1-B power source if you shoot it at the Sun (though I suspect this won't really matter much in this match). He also still have the Staff of Magnus. There are many more, but I'm too lazy to list it all.

He also has dragon shouts such as Dragonrend that can negate Low-Godly regen and Type 1,3,4,5, and 8 immortality, Bend Will which is a 4-dimensional mind manipulation, Call of Valor to summon three other Low 2-C, Dismay to terrify Dan, Drain Vitality and Marked for Death to weaken Dan and other shouts that you can read in his profile.
