Shouldn't Bill Cipher's range with dimensional travel and his projections in the mindscape be 2-A since he can travel to anywhere in the GF multiverse?

"Although Bill is stated to be a threat to the multiverse, which is also stated to be infinite, this is not enough to warrant a 2-A rating, as it doesn't at all indicate that Bill is able to destroy the entire multiverse. Bill being a threat to the wider multiverse simply means that he isn't a localized threat, as he has the ability to travel to other universes."

The note implying Bill isn't 2-A also implies he should have 2-A range

I agree with this, Bill's range is blatantly above Low 2-C

I support the range upgrade, if you didn't already know
I know. But Bill thread can be controversial here so I'm adding a disclaimer

From the Range page:

Range refers to how far the attacks of a certain character can efficiently reach on their own.

The page says that Range is given to how far an attack can reach, not how far a character can travel. That note doesn't imply he can attack with 2-A range, only that he can travel that far. So I have to disagree.

If anything, I think it should be specified that it's his Dimensional Travel that can go that far, since he hasn't shown that kinda range with his other abilities.

Also specifying that his dimensional travel is 2-A is impoetant since that means he can escape from a 2-A BFR

Also, wouldn't Bill also have the 2-A range with the mindscape as well, since he's able to project his soul there while he physically remains in the nightmare realm (it's said that only in Weirdmaggedon Bill can come physically to gravity falls's reality)

Let's be organized here, Bill needs Low Multiversal in some powers on his first key and Mutiversal+ in the second via others.

I would like the next comment here to propose what things should have which range, with linked evidence or references. Otherwise nothing's good to be added.

For Multiversal+ in second key range, there's dimensional travel, that Bill can travel to any universe in the multiverse (it's even in his justification for the Low 2-C downgrade from 2-A). As for Low Multiversal in first key, Idk which powers should be granted that range, but it would be really nice if someone can elaborate more on said powers's range

I'm gonna close this then, seeing that you have no linked evidence or references. Which are now needed in CRTs.
