Well, we do see him fly around, but not seeing an on screen demonstration that's too impressive. Though, him disappearing at the last second. Is there a statement saying he travels through space regularly?

Hmm, then I'm not sure that can be assumed FTL unless he legit travels great distances in short time frames.
 
Calcing it will be a good idea, but I doubt we'll be getting anything impressive.
