Now I'm in a PJO mood.

Nothing is equalized. Both at peak. Well...not as peak, as this isn't Curse!Percy or Vulture!Percy (speaking of which, I need to make the upgrade thread that'll bring Vulture!Percy to Low 2-C). Fight takes place on a beach.

Anyway, with that out of the way, let them fight.

High Hypersonic+ to Sub-Rel so...pretty big. She's at least 100x faster, but it's mitigated by Percy's AP advantage and immunity to water.
 
he's 24 gigatons to juvia's 2 gigatons but is at least 100x slower

Right now i'm thinking incon because Juvia can't hurt him and Percy cant hit Juvia.

You lost me with that line.

Also yeah, the match is supposed to be wacky. Percy'd stomp speed equalized, and Juvia'd stomp if Percy wasn't immune to water. So the battle would become if Juvia could figure out a way to put Percy down or if Percy can get a lock on Juvia.

It definitely exhausted him, as he still has a bit of gray hair from the moment like, four years later, but he still scales to Annabeth's holding. Which lasted wayyy too long for the poor girl. And even then, all of House of Hades.
 
Being able to control water doesn't help you hurt someone made out of it. Like, even if he moved the water apart, she'd just go back together.

Okay, what can Juvia even do here? She's physically weaker than him so it's not like she can knock him out with her fists or put him in a chokehold.
 
Does percy himself count as a supernatural being, if so then I guess she could beat him with his own sword.

At this point im just grasping at straws here given this semi nonfunctional matchup.

TBH even with speed equal, they literally can't hurt each other, unless Juvia starts to rely on physical attacks (which she never does)

In this match, it's even more of a stalemate. Juvia is gonna dance around Percy like a f*ckin ballerina cause of how painfully slow he is, while Percy can afford to stand there and do nothing while Juvia tickles him with water pillows

However, the second Juvia decides to not actually use water and use her fists, Percy's screwed. Percy has literally no method of hurting her due to Juvia's elemental intangibility. Even without Water Body Percys sword is useless against non-Gods anyways, so Percy is out of options. Juvia, on the other hand, can slowly wear him down with physical attacks until he runs out of stamina and dies. Plus if Juvia takes his sword and slashes him with it he's dead.

Overall, I'm going with Juvia for this one
 
I don't know why Juvia isn't more ridiculously overpowered in Fairy Tail. It's like she miraculously happens to be fighting against someone that counters her Water Body in some way or another because plot

its fairy tail, about halfway through they gave up on making sense or giving a shit and just put everything into boobs.

First of all it works on Non-Gods, it just doesn't work on mortals. Second of all, how would she get Riptide away from him? In all actuality, she shouldn't even be able to see his sword.
 
Actually, if I remember correctly, Percy tried to use his sword against a group of teenagers in The Lightning Thief. Although the blade did nothing, the teens were still able to see it.

Even if she can't see it, Juvia is smart enough to realize that Percy is swing something around, so her using it against Percy isn't impossible
