Let's get into the details of this versus thread.

-Speed Equalized

-Both in Character

-Location: Open field

-Range: 2 meters

-Win via KO

Spider-Man has two High 8-C Keys, I will assume The Other is being used as SBA states.

Kirito has 4 H-8-C Keys, no idea which one is the strongest.
 
Kirito's only possible advantage is AP.

Spiderman is more skilled, more versatile, more mobile, way better range, spider sense to dodge pretty much everything that Kirito can throw at him etc.
 
Parker then, far greater skill, intelligence and experience than Kirito at this point, better range, Spider Sense laughs at Kirito's sword skill, several resistance that make debuff crystals unusable, Peter's Class M webs Kazuto's pathetic Class 5, list goes one.
 
Hold on.

Kirito has a lot of status effects and stuns. Like paralysis, stomachache, fear, etc.

Not only this but kirito has hyper sense and distinguish so he can't really be caught off guard, it will help him deal with spidey.

Kirito also has sword skills which are stat amps, which he uses literally all the time if he has the chance.

To top this all off, incarnation. Enough said

I don't see how spidey is winning this
 
Spiderman has resistance to paralysis as well as mind manipulation.

Hyper Sense gets utterly hard countered by Spidersense

Sword skills don't cover the range and agility gap between the two
 
Incarnation is sure as hell is not combat applicable for this early version of Kirito that has no idea it even exist.
 
Incarnation is combat applicable for All keys . Just because he isn't even aware he has it dosen't mean he can't use it. He literally used it mutiple times.

Hyper sense might get hard countered but he still has it. There's distinguish too.

Some sword skills have range but I can understand this point. But if Spidey gets close enough, voporal strike or starburst stream.

Not only this but kirito has a very defensive fightning style, and is used to unexpected things and suprise attacks, or enemy's just being all over the places. In SAO where a boss can one shot you yeah he's gonna play defensive against a unknown guy with web powers.
 
What would he even use it for? He doesn't have any feats of lifting strength to beat his webs and there's no reason for him to use it in a situation where his life isn't at stake.

Starburst Stream gets dodged thanks to spider sense and agility.

Not going to be a good idea to play defensive when Spiderman plays ranged combat all the time, he needs to be aggressive to get in or Spiderman webs him until he's restrained for even the briefest second and then Spiderman webs him up to restrain him, which is extremely in character.
 
If You don't know how a power works (Or it even exist) then you can't apply properly in straight fight, simple as that. Show every single moment SAO Kirito used Incarnation for combat purposes.

If Peter get's too close, either A) He's gonna pummel Kirito with his greater combat skill. B) Web Kirito with his Class M webs. C) Dodge any of Kirito attacks with Spider Sense and do A, B or both.
 
Also some other points

Kirito has immortality type 2 along with regen and items to help his regen. And there's still other status effects kirito can use.
 
Type 2 is like just, very high pain tolerance, and Spider-Man has mid-low regen (That unlike Kirito's, is not dampened by someone stronger, and Peter is twice as strong going by the stats).
 
How did comics spider man get allowed into a bracket?

I'll also have to go for spider man here. Kirito isn't going to use a power he doesn't even know he has with any sort of reliability, it's not relevant for him to still have hyper sense because it's just totally invalidated by the far superior spider sense, ranged attacks are by no means new for spider man what with him being so based around dodging and mobility, and playing defensive just lets spider man press his advantage and break the defense with significantly better skill and nervous system abuse, or just blast him with massive amounts of web to incap.

It's added to Kirito's already. Spidey's is locked. This was already requested, though.
