So how does Hiei get past Spider-Sense and Spider-Man's Absolutely Monstrous Martial Arts Skill?

Spider-Man vastly outskills in hand to hand would probably outright outlast if the fight somehow dragged out for that long. He resists practically everything in Hiei's arsenal.

Oh right, and his webs which do pretty good against heat from even the Human Torch. And even if the webs don't handle the heat, Spidey can just... Pummel him down.

And then there's the Spider-Sense... Yeah.

So Spidey has my vote.
