Well since Kars (JORGE JOESTAR)'s profile is very outdated and needed some work, I cleaned it up and added some things that it was missing. You can see the updated profile here.

Well first off, I removed the Ice Manipulation, Weather Manipulation and Limited Data Manipulation because I didn't know where they were from and there wasn't explanations for them.

I'm assuming the Ice Manipulation comes from scaling to Dio maybe? And the Limited Data Manipulation from maybe Narancia's projection thing? But that wasn't really Data Manipulation, and I have no idea where Weather Manipulation is from. So, if someone can explain where they're from it would be great

I added some things as well like

  • Biological Manipulation - Added that he put Joji's body back together after it exploded when Kars put Das Boot Ultimate in him
  • And also should he have resistance to Fate Manipulation as well due to resisting Bites the Dust?
Stands

  • Added Memory Manipulation, Power Bestowal and Power Modification to Whitesnake Ultimate. Due to being able to manipulate a memory disc and being able to read every single memory by inserting it inside him. And granting other people Stands discs, as well as being able to turn Ultimate Stands into Normal Stands

And I think that's all of it.
 
Social Influencing - From his overwhelming presence and convincing Killer Queen to join him

Wouldn't this be more similar to Chariot Requiem's ability to manipulate stands?

Aside from that, everything else seems fine

Also what about BtD's fate manip, do you think Kars should resist that by virtue of being completely immune to it?
 
I'm fine with basically everything.

The only ting I'm not totally sure is about any type of Self-Sustanance since it was stated that even Ultimate Kars needs to eat (even though just once a year), though I guess him being conscious for quadrillion of yeasr in Jorge Joestar gives him.

As for Ice manipulation's removal, I guess it's fine too, though the profile, just like his canon self's , should say that he could have more abilities due to being the Ultimate Life Form and crap. I also remember Wammu having a Hair Manipulation feat.

As for BtD's Immunity, it depends on hiw he resisted:

  • Did he simply not act as he should have or didn't explode at the point in time he was supposed to? Then it's Resistance to Fate Manipulation.
 
Well, he ran around Mars for quadrillion of years without eating, and he only wanted to eat Joji and Narancia because "celebratory feast". I think it should be fine.

And yeah, it's already kinda mentioned next to Body Control "Has the powers, abilities and attributes of every organism that has ever existed and outperforms them". Do you have any idea on how it should be phrased?

And it was kinda weird, here's how it went dow. He tanked BtD and nothing happened afterwards, when he was "supposed to" explode.
 
I'm in the process of reading the novel myself, but all these seem to make sense given the context and the scans. I agree.

The problem is that Social Influencing isn't supernatural, and managing to convince the manifestation of one's soul/fighting spirit/Araki's forgetting etc. to go against its user is definitely supernatural, unless stated otherwise.

Maybe Mind or Soul Manipulation is better imo
 
Well it's probably due to him being the Ultimate Lifeform and all that. But I'm pretty indifferent towards it, I'm leaning more to Social Influencing but what does everyone else think?

We don't have Supernatural Charisma so Social Influencing it is. I don't have issues with anything else but the Instinctive Reaction, which is kinda vague.

Well it's because he was dodging Funny's attacks while Funny was being assisted by Dio's time stop. It was "instantaneous" and Kars didn't even know that it would've happened, since he didn't know about Dio's Stand or ability at the time. It happened a couple of times, I can dig up some more scans if you want.

Also what do you think about the resistance to Fate Manipulation because of BtD?
 
The removal of the abilities are reasonable if there are no mentions of it made that he can do it. If there are sources that he can, it can be put back but from the looks of it, I would say to keep it removed if no one can provide such sources.

As for the rest, they're fine. SS Type 1 might be good if Kars only ever ate or wanted to eat as a sort of "celebratory feast.". Social Influence can work if nothing else can be added to it. Of resisting BTD, it can probably also fit for explosion manip resist but I'm fine with at least Transmutation resist since that sounds like the bomb might not have worked cuz KC wasn't able to turn him into one. Though again IF he was turned into a bomb but didn't explode, it could count also for explosion manip.

That's my take on here.
 
Ah...yeah that's a weird one there then.

I guess Fate Manip and Explosion resist? Since he would have been fated to explode only to not do so after the first one.
 
I agree with Resistance to fate then, just not to explosion manipualtion, as people exploding are just a consequence of BtD's predetermined fate, just like the lightning bolt striking the Pepsi sign, and Hayato getting Heaven's Door'd despite Rohan not doing so.
 
Well the resistance to explosions was actually from this I think

""Wait...too close!" Kira said, but Killer Queen pressed the switch anyway. Boom! Cars swelled up a bit and flames erupted from cracks in his skin, but they died as soon as they began and he was back to normal. Killer Queen's face was devoid of expression, but it had clearly not expected that."
 
Well I can call it an outlier when Kars himself said that his regen has limits. You might argue that he can eventually evolve to that, but that's NLF territory.

He seemingly did evolve past that. Earlier in the novel he said vaporization was a huge pain in the ass but later in the novel when fighting Dio, he and Dio got hit by Das Boot and were vaporized but reformed seconds later to continue fighting. So kars probably adapted to it, seeing as the thing that was once an issue didnt even make him flinch near the end.

In the narancia scene it says that Kars looked through Das Boot's data and computers, which is where he got the **** that he projected, so assuming that. assuming the weather manipulation comes from the funny scene, there was a thunderstorm that moved with kars and reacted with kars anger, when joji asked funny what the storm was, Funny replied with it's kars. idk ice is probably from dio.

Alright. We really need to deconstruct that.

1. Joji or Narancia had **** on their stand

2. Kars saw the **** by hacking

3. Kars decided to project it in front of them

Wow. I thought people were exaggerating when they said Jorge Joestar was a mistake. Novel Kars has a mfing **** projector.

Well hey, it might be useful if he's fighting a horny anime protagonist that he can't beat otherwise
 
Narancia had **** on his stand, Kars projected it, on a wall, in front of a detective, a chained up italian kid who the **** belonged to, and a priest. It's Narancia, seemed par for the course.
 
Yeah I assumed it was the Narancia scene. But that was more so technology manipulation than data. He did it by dissecting Das Boot.
