Worst idea for a VS Thread EVER: Inconclusive Sr. vs. Inconclusive Jr. (0-1)

I had this idea for the longest time and I seriously could not stop thinking about it. Who is the better Inconclusive character...

Thunder McQueen vs. Ness (Pre-Magicant)

Both are bloodlusted

Speeds are equalized

Battle takes place in Onett

Thunder McQuee:

Ness: 1

SOB:
 
Considering it is also part of his Pre-Magicant key, I guess it would.
 
Ness does something

They both die

TOTU revives Ness

The end. Aka Stomp.

Edit: Can't Ness incap Thunder with multiple Status effect inducement?

1) Yes he can.

2)I don't know, I mean, a psychic shield will not protect him because HTV works by a bound, so, if Ness puts him to sleep, Ness will fall asleep too, if Ness confuses him, he will be confused too etc.
 
Uh, that's not what I meant at all when I said resist it. See, Ness resist a lot of those effects via items you get throughout the Adventure, and I'm asking if he would end up being unaffected because of that.

I mean, if it doesn't, he could always just heal himself.
 
Also, do you honetly think this is the worse idea? M8, I made Composite Tree vs SCP-871. You have nothing on me.
