Sally Acorn vs. Bill Cipher

Does Sally have to swing the sword at Bill in order to kill him or she can think him to death while holding the sword?
 
Well, if I guess every "Who strikes first" match isn't a stomp, then I guess this isn't.

Anyways Bill has no way of snapping before Sally thinks. Couple that with the fact he doesn't use the thought-based abilities he can win with (Like Time-Stop) that often in character. Gonna have to vote for Sally.

If Bill uses timestop with a thought he would still die

I think this further highlights our standards for a win condition. Sure Bill has ways to win, but there is no scenario or possible way he can win because he gets absorbed every time

Just me though. I'm probably in the miniority

I honestly agree. Not to point fingers at anyone but it's very fishy to say the least.
 
Considering this match is literally a 4-B vs. Bill and his reputation of losing to lower-tier characters

This seems very fishy and just seems to be a match to get Bill a loss, there isn't any kind of debate or interesting thing to be had here.
 
Ok, please don't get me wrong. But I've already stopped with the Bill spite a long time ago. About this match, I thought Bill could actually stand a chance so I just made it. Appearently not, people are just gonna accuse me of spiting Bill when I'm not.
 
Well, I'm just dropping that in before anyone tries to accuse me of spiting. And you want to know why I didn't use Sonic here?
