I was looking back on Bugs's profile and funnily enough there was a SUPER Bugs, I tried seeking out more info of Super Bugs and surprisingly he's seemingly depicted to be much higher then his current stats.
For Super Bugs here is what I gathered what started out as simple got a tad... Complex. You see, apparently Bugs gets his powers from super Carrots That literally turns him into Superman. A more better explanation is given out that said Carrot's appear to be fortified by the rare atom "Illudieum Phosdex." which can only be found in kryptonians of the 21st century like Superman (Of course.) Superboy and Supergirl, in fact it has SO MUCH "Illudieum Phosdex." That the amount in a single super carrot is "Off the Charts." According to Braniac five and can be used to heal dying Kryptonians like Super Girl:

As mentioned before These carrots are of course very potent, They give him the abilities of Superman like Super Strength, Super Speed, Flight, Heat Vision Etc. One of his most impressive feats of strength is having single handedly defeating Validus WITH EASE Using brute strength alone:

Keep in mind, Validus was a creature created for the sole purpose of defeating Star Eaters, Weapons capable of destroying stars and feasting on supernovas, Tear entire Planets even going by far to take on the legion of Super Heroes on his own but is portrayed to be so crazily powerful not only was he able to do that if you want to go further... He is portrayed powerful enough to give a freaking *PRE-CRISIS* SUPERMAN a hard time in a 1 on 1 fight so much so SuperBoy stated that Validus was 12 times stronger.
(What tier is Pre Crisis Superman currently again?)
Validus having tanked getting hit by Super Boy, Ultra Boy and Mon-El THREE super powered beings all at the same time and is invulnerable to most attacks, But Bugs just ruined this thing's career without even breaking a sweat! And in earlier times even took out giant explosive carrots that create an explosion capable of one shooting Validus:

Yep don't screw around with Super Bugs!
However the flaw with the Super Carrots is that just Like Popeye's Spinach it actually has a Time Limit, however this problem is soon negated due to Bugs later also knowing how to cultivate said Super Carrots to maintain his Abilities:
