@Weekly I am still waiting for that quote or sth that says "Jax is in every direction more skilled than every other character in the whole LoL verse", rather than "Jax is more skilled than everyone else".

Absurdly so. Assasin is able to reach the 'realm of the gods' with his sword skill. I saw someone say he has 'infinite' skill in the 'most skilled servents list' which I thought was weird.

In low 2-C there are also characters like Leo (Armed With Wings) and Vandheer Lorde if they are good enough.

Vandheer Lorde is the best warrior in the whole world, he could actually take on the entire rebellion army on his own. And Leo was a prodigy child, he was better than Vandheer even though Leo is like 10years old i think.

Leo is omniscient as a Low 2-C if that helps, which quite frankly it should as that means he knows everything basically.

For another spot in High 7-C should be Count Dooku who took the Makashy Style to its finest possible level and became peerless in it. He was one of the best duelists of his era. Received training from Yoda himself. Even drugged he out skilled Asajj Ventress and two Elite Nighsisters Warriors. His mastery of the Lightsaber was also the reason why Darth Sidious chose him as an apprentice.

No, because omniscience is relative. Destiny's Vex are mainly only Nigh-Omniscient as opposed to Omniscient due to people like Oryx, but that's not one of his skill feats.

It shouldn't be extrapolated beyond what it's shown to mean and being omniscient in one verse might still be inferior to characters in another because we don't equalize that. The Vex know nearly everything, only being unable to comprehend really weird things like Oryx and some secrets he holds, and every Vex drone has access to the same information due to all being a hive mind of machines, but this doesn't mean that non notable vex have skill on the level of the Player Character or something.
