In Chapter 50, Milim displays hacking:

(I am of the same plan, Rimuru-sama. A ploy to make us lower her guard?!)

(Nooooope! I wouldn't do anything that annoying!!!)

Milim made her way into 『 Thought Transmission』network. She seems to have figured out our frequency and forced her way in.

But something I'd want to ask, does this scale to US users? It's never stated to be an actual skill itself, but Rimuru does say it requires some skill. Thoughts?
 
...No, this isn't a hacking skill, rimuru already made it clear that Milim just forced her way in.

This is just telepathy and nothing more.

"In fiction (and real life) hacking is the process of breaking into computers, robots, advanced artificial intelligences and/or software and taking control of the system. The process can be achieved through wireless connections or wired lines or through the addition of equipment (corrupted USB add-ons, nanomachines etc). Some fictions even extend the definitions into hacking things like reality or the human mind. In the latter case that would be a form of mind attack and the former is a form of reality warping. Hacking can also be described as a robot mind attack. Since robots are immune to conventional mind attacks hacking would be the next best thing."

Milim is not "hacking" anyone's mind, it is simply Milim forcing her way into rimuru's telepathic communication.
 
I rather there was a specific lower skills or lower ablities. In any case, the type of attack is already covered under US users mind manipulation resistance.

In this case, it is a sub-power of MM and the resistance to it is already US users mind manipulation resistance.

Just a final evaluation is needed:

Been 3 hours. I contacted Cal, he hasn't responded. I don't see why people who are KML can't have the final evaluation. We have disagreed with each other at times, so it's not biased in an attempt to make Slime as strong as possible with no debate.
 
Only Milim does this and she has an US, so should only scale to her, with no resistances for the others, i mean she just hacked into Tempest thought communication where they can tell each other their thoughts, using that on a person you just take over their mind or something which is already covered by mind manipulation resistance.
