I'm starting to think I only create chaotic matches when I don't try to hard to do so.

They encounter each other in a courtyard of Green Dolphin Street Prison.

Carne is obviously dead.

Well, that's the thing about the shrinking. It'll never be able to get close because you are constantly getting smaller and covering less distance over equal ammounts of time.
 
I vote for Green Baby. BIG's only real win condition is to get the baby interested enough that he turns off his stand to go check it out. Otherwise, either BIG runs directly at the child until he stops existing from being so small, or he goes off elsewhere due to something going faster than a small child. Its very unlikely it would take notice, but who knows, BIG is pretty funky looking
