None of the abilities in his profile ignore durability (except other than abusing a weakness, for some reason). He would just win via versatility.
 
His minimum AP is 4.78 teratons,Keep in mind this is one of his weakest incarnations in Idw trilogy,Rulers of earth is a lot stronger than Ongoing
 
Considering he is a lot stronger in Rulers of Earth he should be Lugia level or stronger but this is just a guess so i will make some arguments to Godzilla defense as well
 
I'll wait to see the arguments, interesting matchup but I'm not too knowledgeable on either.

I have one question for Godzilla dudes though, does Godzilla spam that life force absorption that helps him get stronger or am I thinking of the wrong Godzilla key?

If so, does Lugia resist? @Pokemon dudes
 
Bro, you don't need to use more ">" to make your argument, but i kinda use, so call me out here. It is the wiki's rule, he is baseline if we don't have the vallue
 
I know,But don't you said someone needs 7 teratons to be considered 6-B,So i guess we must use 7 teratons to him,Which means he is not that weaker than Lugia,If i remember well Word of God stated Godzilla radiation level is higher than 100.000 rads
