What was agreed on when the upgrade happened was three, but 15 to 21 is being thrown around now. So we should settle this once and for all. Obviously, this is Solaris related stuff.

Definately at least 3, maybe 4 since Past, Presant, Future as well as Blaze's world (Also maybe past, presant and future for that but probably not.). But if we use stuff after Sonic 06 I could see double digits.

I think the highest single one is 3 with solaris, blaze's world seems to be a separate thing but I would be fine with 4.

The 15 to 21 comes from assuming each generations level is a different universe which just seems unfounded. Just because they take place at different points in time does not make them different timelines.

The only ones I can think of are... Blaze's World/Sol Dimension, Twilight Cage, the 3 different Sonic Generations Universes, Arabian Nights, Special Stage, and Sonic Mania Plus Universe (I'm rather sure this one was stated as an alternate universe). I have heard there is another dimension even to the Arabian Nights reality but you should probably ask someone like Maverick or Shadow for more input on this.

It's definitely not 3 because we know that Solaris would destroy all of time and space, which Eggman confirms includes alternate dimensions with the "he eats dimensions for lunch" statement.

I figured people just assumed that all timelines just meant a past timeline, a present one, and a future one which equals 3, not taking into account the "eating dimensions" statement. It was added into Solaris's profile around last month.

Going to sleep but I don't know how we can consider Chronicles canon considering how it ended. It just doesn't fit with anything.

Well timeline wise there's the main world Blazes Silvers future ( Generations seems to treat it as a different timeline even if it shouldn't exist) the storybook games, some zones Ect

So pretty decent

Ans yeah about that do we consider stuff like Shadow The hedgehogs endings as AU's even if there non canon?

The general assumption would be Eggman is toppled again but Sonic's canonicity and such is already jumbled as is. The authors have actual statements of there being two different worlds with a Human World and then the anthropomorphic Mobian World, consistency with how those type of things are genuinely disregarded in most cases as dumb as that sounds.

The Everlasting wanted me to make a comment for him about this.

"The plural in the context of Eggman's quote means it's a general statement. For example, if I said "I like eating lollipops", it doesn't mean I like eating several of them at one time, just that I like them in general.

Saying Solaris "eats dimensions for lunch" means it's a general thing he does, not that he eats several at one time."

Main timeline.

Sol Dimension.

Classic Sonic's timeline, who's confirmed to be from an alternate dimension.

World of Camelot.

World of Secret Rings.

Chaotic Inferno Zone (original world of Ifrit).

Twilight Cage

Apparently Nack is also from an alternate dimension.

Silver's future seems to be a different one, but I'm unsure about it.

So, bare minimum I'm seeing here, a solid 8 universes. 9 if you include Silver.

And then there's the guidebook which Merlight posted that also states Solaris has the "power to destroy time and space itself."

also for those who take me the wrong way Solaris is definitely 2-C from what I remember just there's some faulty statements.

Also "destroy time and space" itself is kinda vague but we usually assume that's Low 2-C.

Also yeah Ever/Cal is right. I can say "I eat massive hamburgers for breakfast" but that doesn't mean I eat multiple massive hamburgers for breakfast.

I can eat a dozen massive hamburgers for breakfast.Solaris is higher dimensional, physical quantity doesn't even apply to him.
