Anyway, where does 180 kiloton Vader/Kenobi/Dooku come from? Reading the Kanan Calc and

Energy to Move Single Asteroid (Low End) = 67.835 kilotons
Energy to Move Single Asteroid (High End) = 271.492 kilotons
Combined Telekinetic Power (Low End) = 135.67 kilotons
Combined Telekinetic Power (High End) = 542.984 kilotons
Meanwhile, Luke's calc goes between 15 and 337 Kilotons
I would say that Luke is likely the third most powerful character in the Canon SW verse (barring immortals) under Sidious and Yoda, and given how far Vader is above Kanan and Ezra, who are at least 135.67 Kilotons, I would say 337 kilotons is probably pretty consistent given how much of an established badass he's supposed to be.
He should take this. Skill should be comparable, Raven's attacks could all be deflected or at least misdirected by telekinesis, while Raven has no real counter for it. He also has energy absorption given he's above Vader (Remember when Han Solo tried to shoot Vader?), and power is roughly comparable, and Luke most likely has the edge.

Redirect the blast with TK, or break out of it with omnidirectional blasts of TK.

There is no blast, there isn't even a projectile, and there's nothing to break out of as she freezes the target's body directly instead of encasing them in ice

Also Luke is going to have to get through three different barriers before he can even start to do any significant damage to Raven, and they have comparable Telekinetic power

Theyre magic just like everything else in Raven's arsenal, and Raven doesnt have an Energy Dust blade so he cant even reflect those either.
