At 5m, Yan is gonna stomp. Not only does his PC prevent Jellal from knowing he is there, his huge advantage in hth with two thirds of his AP lets him dominate while Ambush makes clones and attack from everywhere, closing/surpassing what little AP difference there was.

Increase the starting distance because Jellal needs it to carpet bomb the area to hit Assassin for a chance at winning while the only change for Yan Qing is it takes a bit longer to kill the other guy.

Give Jellal a chance here ovo.

Assassin's PC (and Jellal's lack of sensing abilities) means Jellal won't be sensing him until a fist is flying at his face. 10m is pretty much the same as 5m and Jellal needs to realise there is something off and be prepared for an attack, something he can't do at such close range. Prepared means he is waiting for an attack and ready to use his magic immediately, giving him a chance to Meteor out of there to potentially win.

I'd say bump it up to 100m.
