I might be wrong but I believe there was a storm feat Selvaria and Crymaria made back in their fight
 
Crymaria's feat is like High 7-C using the current method so it's not a big factor.

That said if those storm revisions go through Nero will have a higher calc + a longer chain of scaling than Selvaria.
 
Also, if a Low 7-B results changed to 7-A, then I see Echidna's feat going to 7-B...

...which I would be glad about, if a certain someone wasn't going to go down a couple tiers due to upcoming revisions...

I mean Nero has superior everything except range.

Not 100% sure about AP because I don't quite get how long his scaling chain is, but he probably beats her in that field as well
 
It's unknown. The description of the V-Bombs says that a Valkyria's Final Flame is triggered upon death, but it isn't clear if it's automatic or not
 
I see. In that case, it probably depends on whether or not Selvaria will take Nero with herself when he cuts her in half with Yamato.

Was the storm feat in question CAPE or KE? Because if it was the latter, the increase in value would likely be much higher than in the case of the former
