Nora Valkyrie fights a rock band

Yea, I've been working on this issue for a while. As-is, Akira gets stomped, hard. Not only is being fast RHCP's only and greatest advantage, but Nora resists and is powered up by RHCP's only ability, and then has a dozen more abilities.

The only way I can see this being fair is if RHCP has a massive amount of electricity surpassing Morioh's power to start with that lets him speed amp above Nora's speed.
