if raikage isnt blitzing than law because of hax...

EDIT: looked at their profiles again, law is at the same speed as the third, so no blitzing (is actually in laws favor because he has precog too), that means my vote goes to law...

Law high diff I guess. If the Raikage could keep himself together with ninja wire or something, I suppose he would be able to outlast Law. But going by the Raikage's normal strats, Law via hax.

Law wins due to having similar speed (superior when using Shambles) and can cut ANYTHING that is within his room (outside of seastone). Raikage's durability means little inside of Law's room and he would be defeated. Law wins with relative mid difficulty due to this.

If the Strongest Shield could only be reliably damaged with high-level damage attacks and genuinely unblockable (unambiguously) attacks, then Mr. Law should be the exactly the opponent for A the Third Raikage. Lille Barro is also another example, because let's face it. Unless they have overwhelming physical strength and the speed as well (almost nobody likes to be unable to catch up with their opponent), when not having genuinely unblockable technques, the Third Raikage will win but Law isn't that opponent to easily win against.

Nah Lille Barro is just too hax for both raikage and law, heck even Shunsui is too hax for both of them

and Lille is still too hax for Shunsui himself.

Side note: Bleach is a mess, so forget it.

Anyways, Law still ignores durability and his speed is superior to the Raikage's. I HIGHLY doubt that A can protect against Gamma Knife, which may one-shot him if it hits directly, which it is likely to given Law's combat speed being equal, if not higher since he could defend against Doflamingo, who is possibly MHS+ on this wiki.
