Yeah I know, Accel is overpowered

But, I'll try to leave this acceptable

- DMC2 Dante and Black Wings Accel

- Both In character

- Speed =/=

Dante: 0

Accelerator: 0

Inconclusive: 7

Well, in this case I can see Dante shooting at Accel at first, to see he can't hit him by conventional means, which would probably lead to Dante using Time Stop, after which he should be able to finish Accel off.

Well, at the moment that Dante do anything that gets redirected by Accel shield, Chrono Heart will activate

Vector: Any quantity with a magnitude and direction. The magnitude may be zero, but a direction must always exist for a quantity to be a vector.

How is this dependant on time exactly?

Accelerator's shield is based on how fast he can calculate. If time is stopped, he can't calculate anything

And if the attack is far faster...he can block it with this Shield ?

Because Dante's attacks here are "Much Higher" than MHS+, not counting Two Time Slows and one Time Stop

Wasn't it passive tho?
Passively active yes

But no, the attack being significantly faster means it can go through

Accel also doesn't resist time Stop, so his shield can't be active either

His shield is FTL, only a full time Stop can bypass it

I'm just going off of the mathematical definition of a vector. If Accel is a user of some weird time dependant vector manip, then shrugs.

By mathematical logic, if a moving object comes in contact with a repulsive vector shield in stopped time, it would simply stop moving.

Except an object moving in stopped time is vectorless to the shield because time is stopped.

If a person time stops and runs a distance away and time resumes, in real time the person didn't move, more like they teleported

Yeah no. Learn some maths. All that is required for a quantity to be a vector is direction. Even if the ts nulls the magnitude, it doesn't enable the attack to hit either as the direction still exists.

<Direction

There is no direction, it's not moving, thus there's no direction

Not like this is even relevant to begin with as Accelerator can't actually move his shield fast enough

This is like saying teleportation has a direction.

Not like it matters anyway since Accelerator isn't fast enough to reflect what is basically an infinite speed attack, his shield is FTL

To Aru teleportation does have direction. And its an extremely complex process too, moving through 11D space as a shortcut to 3D space locations. And Accel can deflect that. This is like many degrees of infinity less complex.
