Captain Ginyu enters the Cell Games! (Execpt he's Fighting Buu)

Now, normally I wouldn't be pairing characters this high in the tiering system cause I usually misjudge them terribly, but I felt like this was too good to pass up. Anyway...

Due to some timey-wimey crap, Freeza has ordered Ginyu, in Tagoma's body (4-B), down to earth to kill Cell. Freeza isn't doing it himself because "Why would he want to get his hands dirty fighting an ugly Half-Monky, Half-Bug thing". In anticipation of a fun fight Cell has powered up to his "Super Perfect Form" (4-B) decided to sit this one out and let another challenger fight instead. In the Pink corner we have Super Buu after absorbing Gohan (4-B). Fight takes place in the Cell Games Arena! Speed Equalized if needed.

Isn't Ginyu in Togoma's body comparable to SS2 Gohan, who stomped Cell?

EDIT: Nevermind, this is Super Perfect Cell, RIP.

Not when he fought Tagoma.

Although his "Peak" in that case would be comparable to Buu, who I assume massively outclasses Cell.
 
Gohan stated he rivaled his peak during his initial confrontation with Tagoma, then according to his profile " Tagoma's body powered up after Ginyu took control of it" . Meaning the statement applied to Pre-Ginyu Tagoma, not Post-Ginyu Tagoma.
 
I mean, Ginyu can just one-shot him without the body swap in Tagoma's body.

He scales to Gohan at his peak before that encounter, which would be Buu Saga.

Super Buu with Gohan absorbed would be a good match.
 
I'm tempted to say Ginyu might win this through tricking Buu and switching bodies with him, as even with Tagoma's body Buu would exceed him in strength. That put, IDK how likely Buu is with immediatly trying to turn him into candy, or how likely Ginyu would start with a bodyswap.
 
Ginyu won't likely use Body Swap untill Buu starts really beating him down, and even then it's sort of a last resort. Also pretty sure this Buu isn't likely to use Candy Beam very soon either.

I'll say buu. He'd probably try to absorb, but gignyu could bodyswap before that.

Did Buu absorb Gohan's memories? If so, he would likely try to avoid the body switch once he realizes it's Ginyu.
 
Oh jeez, I can picture it happening and just laughing my backside off at it. >_>

Anyhoo, I'm kinda leaning on Inconclusive. Both can effectively take the other out, either via absorb or a body swap and absorb. Mean Ginyu announces who he is yeah but he tends to whip out the body swap when he is on the ropes.
 
Buu has the AP advantage but it's worthless. Ginyu is stronger than Tagoma who is nearly as strong as Mystic Gohan and Buu has absorbed Gohan. The only way I see Ginyu winning is via bodyswap but what if he blows Buu's body and starts the duplication? How it'll affect Ginyu?
