Ye but it would be very unlikely seeing as Vollstandig uses a Leiden Hant as a catalyst. That means Ichigo needs to get himself a fancy glove first. Then we come to the problem of him being unable to use his Bankai so there is no point to it seeing as he makes almost no use of his quincy abilities except to supplement his Shinigami/Hollow powers.
Lets say the Old Man is (a generous) 50% of Ichigo's power. Why bother getting the Bankai equivalent for that alone when you could, at the very least, double your power?

In the novels it was stated that Tousen became an Arrancar and achieve Resurrección. Ichigo has Bankai + Resurrección that's an X10 or x20 stat boost depending on how you go with X5 or X10. Urahara told Mayuri that Resurrección was the equivalent of an Arrancars Bankai.
I don't know what Segunda Etapa is because there is no Bankai 2.

Yachiru was his Zanpakutō spirit. In the weeding manga it was mentioned that Yachiru said that Kenpachi can finally call her "Let me go, it's time, ken-chan can finally call me" after that Kenpachi release Nozarazi and Yachiru disappears
