At the moment I think we are waiting for Malikobama1's Las Noches calc to be evaluated.
No doubt a size is going to be accepted and it's going to be pushing Resurreccion Ulquiorra and Segunda Etapa Ulquiorra out of 7-A and possibly into 6-B. Even the smallest end would yield such results.
Also, I'm quite positive we could yield some higher results for Shikai Yamamoto atm due to Karakura Town's size also needing a revision.

It also scales to Yama's base durability. He had his Shikai turned off when he used his body to nullify most of the blast.Burning Full Fingers said:

It can hold 1 million people and in the UNMASKED Databook it stated that Gin's Bankai was really 13km long and that Gin demonstrated the true length by cutting the skyscrapers of Karakura Town. The Las Noches feat would be higher, but this would be support for Shikai Yama's AP and Base Yama's durability since he minimized the blast with his body at base.

Bigger than this even. The Spirit Zone is shaped like a perfect circle that is located inside of Karakura Town. Fitting that 7.854 km diameter circle into the map of Karakura Town could give you another way to determine Karakura's size.AppleLord said:

New update shows that Urahara made the Gintei Kaijo limiter. Also that Aura is an insane Fullbringer without an actual Fullbring. Her manipulation of souls in objects is on crack. That regen of her's is pretty good. Plus it seems intangibilty. Most likely looking at Hisagi's Bankai soon.
