Looking at the pages, neither of them seem to have any hax (excpet for maybe Daredevil's Precognition and Senses, but I'm not sure if that would help that much), so I think it could end up coming down to skill.
 
Daredevil's regen can be overkilled by Akame's negation, but he is gifted while her intelligence is high. If both of them are assassins of sorts and would go for the kill, Akame cannot compensate this and dies, but if she's the only ruthless one here, she takes the kill with really high-diff.

Daredevil's Status Effect inducement and Nerve Pinching could cause a slew of trouble for Akame. I'd wait until experts chance upon this thread, but I'd personally say Daredevil is slightly more skilled.

Then I guess I'm going with Daredevil for now due to Status Effect, Precognition and skill (might change later depending of what arguments appear, because I'm just going by the profiles, since I don't know shit about Akame.)
 
Akame by nature is ruthless in combat and goes straight for the kill, as she was trained. In terms of skill, I'm not the most knowledgeable on Zero, that's why I'm calling Gargoyle. But Akame did defeat someone who fought on par with her mentor, who wields Murasame, the one-shit-kill sword she'd wield later in her life. She is also able to mask her pressence from other assasains in a verse where literally everyone can sense an aura. This could come in handy against a blind opponent.

I think Akame takes this really high difficulty basd on arguably better feats, extended reach with her sword, ability to negate Daredevil's Regenerationn, and overall stealth mastery.

Yes, she can do exactly that. Akame ga Kill aura sense is like a minor form of precognition.

Add that to stealth mastery and yeah, she's having a low-diff fight against a tough but severely handicapped guy.

Going with Akame, despite Daredevils enhanced senses Akame can suppress her presence due to training in the ways of the assassin which would weaken the effect of all Daredevils senses making it harder for him to hit her. Also she trained in the ways of the assassin and swordsmanship while Daredevil has a club/multiple martial arts under his belt meaning Daredevil would be at a disadvantage by the fact he would go up against a sword with a club/hands which would be in favour of Akame knowing that his senses are having trouble to pick her up and the superiority of her weapon. Finally her sword would further weaken Daredevil by the fact his wounds will not heal.

I wonder how many people will come over to comment now. Is there the chance we'll get "Akame FRA"s quickly enough to make this over in less than two hours, or are most people sleeping by this point? It's 21:49 (9:4pm) here in Brazil (Brasília time zone), but I don't know where most users of this wiki live and thus how many people would be awake right now. Going by the time clock on each post, if it's 00:49 then I guess it won't be easy to get votes now.

This, we'd need specifics on the presence hiding to really answer that.
 
I don't know how good his senses are (though considering the nature of comic books I'm sure they've got some insane feats), but I'd like to understand more about her hiding her presence.

Well, if hidding her presence works, then I'll still vote for her, and if it doesn't, then I'm voting for Daredevil for the reason I gave previously.
 
Going over her stuff her presense concealment shouldn't be anything supernatural; it shouldn't supress anything Daredevil can sense. Even then: "He also has a radar sense [which a misnomer, since it works more like a sonar] meaning he can track objects around him via sound pulses".

There's also the issue of her getting up close and personal, Daredevil only really neats to land one or two clean shot via doing this .
