in what sense are you using b8?

I'm pretty sure its clear when any character is against McQueen its usually inconclusive. B8 is supposed to be hidden

It's kind of like an inconclusive but in a stompish way. There's no debate.
 
This doesn't seem all that fair, since Luffy is bloodlusted, and even if he wasn't, he has no way of knowing about HWtHs ability, and even if he did, he has no way to protect himself from it. But, yeah, they both die.
 
I wouldn't necro a thread like this but since this is probably outdated I had to. Right now Luffy likes to spam the Conqueror's Haki which knocks down people and he can do that to strong pirates from New World (fodder is still fodder, but the fodder from NW is important in the Paradise).

So in-character Luffy would knock Thunder down. I don't know if his Stand could replicate the effect tho.
 
Highway to Hell transfers negative effects in general. I'll change the key, so that the match isn't outdated and the votes aren't invalidated
 
Then nothing changes. At most Luffy will be able to see getting knocked down by the effect with his precognition but I'm not sure how would he react to it.
 
I'd say this on the Versus Removal Request Thread but I don't want to get it derailed with a discussion of how McQueen's ability works, but this has been told to me in the thread about his incons.

If the only effect taking place is the physical of McQueen falling to the ground, then Luffy'd be able to stand up again. If that's true, then Luffy wouldn't be incapped by his own Haki.

Thoughts?
 
Nah, I'm pretty sure McQueen's organs will be ruptured from the fall. Being rubber won't save him from that. Also, negative effects will be shared as well, and Haki won't save him from that
 
How would McQueen's organs rupture from what's essentially falling on his knees tho? He's not a glass cannon AFAIK.

What's the negative effect, exactly? Because many people share different opinions on what HTH can actually reflect and it gets more confusing the more I read about the dude here.

Hurry up, DP, I need Part 6 anime to solve this
 
Luffy has willpower to resist his own haki when thunder not have. I can see Luffy using Haoshoku and winning this.
