In that case, considering that both of them have durability stupidly higher than their AP, inconclusive due to not even being able to hurt eachother.

Inconclusive. "9-B" Josuke is just him with his Stand restricted. Steven's 9-B attacks can't touch his 8-B dura, and Josuke's 9-B attacks can't touch Steven's Small Town Dura.

While there might be an argument that Steven can incap Josuke with a bubble, I doubt he's experienced enough in Season 1 to use his powers offensively like that.

If CD isn't used to blatantly attack, Josuke will still be 9-B. Not to mention, Josuke doesn't need CD out in order to matter manip, like the times he healed the turtle and Yuya. He can simply grab Steven and transmute him tbh. Not voting though as my reason may be debunked.

No, Crazy Diamond is the source of the transmuation at all times. You see it behind him whenever he uses that power.

Having CD available but not being able to attack wouldn't work, or at least we wouldn't be able to add this as giving Josuke what is essentially an 8-B weapon and saying "well, you can't attack with it, but you can hax with it" doesn't work.

Inconclusive, they're both gonna break their hands trying to damage each other, and while Steven could use the bubbles, as mentioned above, he won't be catching Josuke anytime soon with those Massively FTL reactions.

Well yeah, it can.

Restricting an tecnique/attack/weapon a tier outside of Josuke's regular AP is allowed. It may be redundant, but it can be added.

I also revived it as I was originally going to comment for Josuke, before realizing CD was restricted, lol.

Ok. Don't want to seem rude but why did you necro it anyway?
eh, I felt like it. Apologies if you didn't want it revived.

Paulo might be going somewhere though. Josuke has a much better stamina than Season 1 Steven. That put, Steven is more than likely to accidentally create a bubble, and just sleep in it or something.

Steven wouldn't sleep for a full 24 hours and he's more than happy to just sit in a bubble letting jostle tire himself out

Josuke isn't dumb enough to keep attacking when he knows nothing is happening, unless Steven insults his hair or something which is probably OOC.

Steven would likely try to compliment it and accidentally say something insulting
I laughed at that pretty hard, because it's something I actually see happening.

I might switch to Steven due to bubbles, he wouldn't tire himself out as in-character Season 1 steven hasn't even directly fought people outside of like one or two instances.

Central Park, I assume?

In that case what's stopping Josuke from lifting Steven and his dumb little bubble and throwing him into a nearby lake? Isn't that incap?

Steven's bubble is airtight and has its own oxygen and he can get out of the water pretty easily on his own, throwing him into a lake wont really do much

They're both willing to kill.

If Steven is just going to hide behind in his bubble, I say Josuke rolls him on over to the train station and just gives him a nice shove as it's passing by.

Okay, after a failed attempt Josuke proceeds to roll him over into a meat cellar or a walk in freezer or somewhere really ******* cold. Steven freezes to death.

Yeah but that would still be incap for Josuke.

What is Steven going to do about being ragdolled? Punch him through the bubble? Wall level AP versus City Block level dura? I'm sure the 6'2" peak lifting strength teenager isn't going to care.
