I'll be quick on this, Assaltwaffle made a small mistake on his calc, so he told me to fix the calc on my blog because it needs to be evaluated by someone again. The results that gave was 7-B for Weakened All Might, and 7-A+ for Prime All Might, so Nomu and All For One are also upgraded.

Low tiers
Hatsume Mei tanked an explosion that destroyed a steel door without any injury, I calced this at 9-A, almost 9-A+, since she is even weaker than Aoyama, all students can scale, so anyone who is 9-B should be upgraded to 9-A/9-A+.
 
I agree with the changes. The Low-Tiers upgrade is.... surprisingly consistent with all the other feats.

I don't see any issues with the Top Tiers revisions. So I agree with this.
 
I see an issue with the storm calc. The horizon distance is too low; it doesn't account for the buildings.

Average storey height is 3m. I count 4 and the top of another one that is barely visible, so 5 stories. That gets us 15m. That and the observer height make it 16.77m.

So your horizon distance is about 14.6km, not 4.7.
 
pi*14600^2*13000 = 8.7056046e+12

14600 / 13 = 1123.07m/s

  • E = 0.5*8.7056046e+12*1123.07692^2 = 5.49e18 joules, which is 1.3 gigatons, or Large Mountain level.
This might be too high compared to the other feats to be accepted. Not sure.

There's nothing really contradicting it. And the only other Tier 7 feat is casual. So I don't think it would be an outlier.

I didn't use the Ciryscape view on purpose, not out of Ann oversight.

We never see an unobstructed horizon shot from the building height, only from street level. The over-building shot is probably longer, but the horizon line itself, not just a city scape, isn't visible.

It wasn't from the rooftop of the buildings but it wasn't from street level either, otherwise we would have seen the bottom of the buildings.

Edit:I think I may have misunderstood what you said. Did I?

It was also not fully obstructed, you can see a mountain iin the horizon line, between the buildings.

Uhhh no it wasn't. This isn't a comedy manga like One Punch Man or a gag cartoon like Spongebob.

Plus, it's consistent with fodder villans tanking an explosion of comparable strength.

It...it doesn't have to be gag u know for there to be comedy relief. There was nothing serious about the scene at all either
 
I support the Students' upgrade.

All Might's calc may have to be revised though.

I still disagree on boosting characters to Small Building level because of Hastume's 'feat'.

I agree with others posting here that it was a gag feat.

And I seriously don't see All Might being Island Level. Nowhere near it.
 
Feat are feats, and this manga doesn't have "gag feats", I don't see anyone making impossible things.
 
But yes....I just can't see the low tiers being small building I mean this was for comedy & to set up a funny situation for Izuku. If this scene was made serious then this would be something good to use cause it would had shown a life or death situation.
 
We haven't even seen these low tiers be able to put out an AP that's enough to destroy a small building. Like Uraraka got hurt by a REGULAR knife that not once been able to destroy a building & she's suppose to be stronger then Mei

Disbelief is one of the absolute worst arguments you can possible make on this wiki.

Dante uses regular, unmodified guns and uses them to kill powerful demons, even finishing several major bosses that way. Does that mean that Devil May Cry as a verse is 9-B? No.

Same with Goku. He got shot through the chest by a ray gun. Does that mean his universe busting feats are invalid? No.

Mega Man can produce enough energy to wreck a planet yet still gets pinned under a collapsing mountain. Does that mean his energy output is invalid? No.

Stop nitpicking and abusing the AoE fallacy.

It's not nitpicking it's called facts but alrighty. Like I said b4 I just can't see the low tiers being low 8-C, I mean if they got this tier for their quirks then I COMPLETELY agree but in base then that I have to disagree (I love this show just about anyone on here)

Loving a show does not mean you're more credible than someone who doesn't.

Multiple characters in the series have taken far more damage than a normal human should.

Uraraka took multiple point-blank explosions from Bakugou.

Stain, whose Quirk does not give him any sort of durability boost, took punches from One for All: Full Cowl 5% Izuku and a bloodlusted, Recipro Bursting Iida, who have superhuman strength powerful enough to smash through rock constructs and enough superhuman speed to generate a similar effect on top of the durability to deal this kind of damage without injuring themselves.

This is blatant abuse of the AoE Fallacy.
