In the episode Tennyson vs Universe (Ben 10) it has been confirmed that Celestialsapiens are the reason why the artstyle of Ben 10 has changed over time and that already tells you that Celestialsapiens have Reality warping on a Multiversal if not Higher range and Alien X is one of the most powerful Celestialsapiens.
