Also, his Time Rays / Powers have Low 1-C range, he aimed to the sky and affected the whole Multiverse by just covering the Earth, clearly you can't dodge his powers at all.

yeah that feat in that specific context was a Low 1-C range feat but clockwork has literally no reason to perform that same feat all over again against kirby
