What does homura have in terms of combat experience?

She's been training since she was practically in elementary school, she has fought pretty much everyone else in her verse at least once, she has killed Yoma of varying shapes and sizes including Orochi which is the most powerful (which means nothing to you of course since I'm guessing you've never played any SK before), she has fought someone capable of all this (albeit that person was holding back but she still used all of those abilities during their fight), and if you look over all the 8-B characters' profiles you'll find that Homura is one of the least haxed of them yet she's still considered by most other characters to be one of-- if not the-- strongest and most skilled of the shinobi students. All of the 8-Bs of the verse are the shinobi students.

Ok, well Natsu doesn't really have anything noteworthy other than that he eats fire and is unaffected by fire.

While Homura is more skilled fighter here, Natsu isn't a pushover either. He fought a trained assassins dark mage, someone who can literally hear his mind, a dark guild Master, and this motherf***er.
Natsu resistance to fire obviously giving him an edge here, basically making her fire manip useless. Telekinesis? Natsu deals with it on Daily basis in form of Erza. Stats amps? Natsu can boosts his power drastically when he pissed.
Homura can hurts him by punches, kicks, and slashes. But she has to deal with Natsu DS Magic in order to do that. She can try stealth, but Natsu enhanced smell and hearing can counter that.
Overall, I will give this to Natsu Mid-diff. Homura slight superior skills can only delayed the inevitable before Natsu beat her via spamming long range attacks.

Yeah, Natsu should take this fairly comfortably, he isn't at a noticeable skill disadvantage for once (Shocking I know)
Not really sure how DS magic is of any use here, but fire magic won't do jack shit to Natsu other then Amp himself, and he's more then capable of fending her off until the AP catches up to her.

Good thing slashing is her primary method of attacking then. When she gets a slash in, she gets multiple slashes in. SK characters kinda specialize in combos. Also dealing with his DS BS won't be much of an issue seeing as how she focuses on the slashing aspect way more than fire.

After everything I listed in describing her skill and based off of the scans shown of Natsu I wouldn't call it a slight advantage. It's pretty significant. Also Homura in this form can also spam long-ranged attacks by slashing her six swords at him from a distance telekinetically.

Natsu, contrary to what everyone on this site likes to say, is still a very good brawler overall and is more then capable of holding his own against Homura, although I won't repeat it as Homu already went over that.
This is also going off his sheer ruthlessness and aggressiveness in battle, he has no issue grabbing or blocking a blade with his bare skin if it means taking down the person in front of him, which he can definitely do due to his higher overall Durability.

I'm not denying Natsu is a good brawler. He's still significantly inferior to Homura, and you can see why through my explanation in answer to Glass's post.
If he blocks one blade he's going to be stabbed by six more. Homura's not one to stand there and gawk, not to mention thanks to her vastly superior lifting strength grabbing a blade isn't going to go well for him.

Also, "highly vulnerable when her clothes are completely ripped in battle". Natsu can just burns her clothes completely then, she did that every times to Lucy after all, both on purpose or by accident.
