Well, I'll tell you what Shun can do at the beginning of SS:

  • Atom Manipulation
  • Homing attack (with its chains)
  • Auto Shield (with his chains (not sure he did it at the beginning))
it's a bit of a stomp OvO
 
How strong her fate manipulation?cause shun has acasuality and may have the ap advantage here.
 
She has infinite ap, how does andromeda have the ap advantage? And tart's fate manip likely isn't combat applicable, so no reasons to bring it up
 
Because 99% of Shun figths he holds back all of his power in order to not hurt and kill his enemies and there was only 2 times that he dint hold back from what im remember the first time is were he casually crumbled the armor of his master a silver saint wich is strong enough give a hard time to Scorpion Milo and this was in a time were he was still a beginner and the other time is when he one shoted Aphrodite a gold knigth wich scales to others that gived a very hard time to his friends and since he is bloodlusted here he is going to use a full powered nebula storm that is going to end up one shotting her and if doesnt the atom destruction is going to do the job.
 
Tart's fate manipulation is absolutely combat applicable. It saved her life in the past
 
What I meant is that she can't use it actively since he brought up andromeda's acausality, that one is more like a blessing from Riz and Melissa's wishes.
 
Iirc Shun was the second strongest of the main cast (for their god cloths, he was the strongest prior to that but Seiya needed the spotlight).

Just throwing there that Shun is superior to other 2-Cs

This is high 3-A Andromeda. Actually, is he 3-D or 4-D high 3-A? Also didn't SS profiles need revisions?
 
Huh.

I thought they fully scale (if you notice, seiya is also 2-C in God cloth).

Anyway, then what I said stands except its for High 3-As instead of 2-Cs lol
