Boii I'm going to get a lot of Hate for this from both sides, one has hax the other overwhelming amount of AP..lol let me try this

  • timeframe takes place during the cell games
  • Madara Uchiha has 24 hours of prep time.
  • Madara is bloodlusted
This is the most powerful Madara...for obvious reasons

  • Speed Equalized


  • Madara Uchiha: 3 (Dzhindzholia,Gargoyle, Keplekely)


  • Perfect Cell: 2 (Dragon ariia, Real cal howard)
 
Madara is obviously going to get vaporized by Cell's voice, but Cell will be trapped under IT at the same time.

Izanagi will then resurrect him.
 
Madara blocks every energy attack via TSB,he can be damaged only by senjutsu(i dont know if we can use that in a fight) and physical attacks.Can rip his soul via limbo and etc.

Madara puts him in a dream where he finally becomes Perfect.
 
And if this was a yhwach thread, that first death would be counted and it would be called " stomp" or " there is no future where he doesn't get kamehameha " therefore lose. Why death don't matter now? Ôÿò´©Å

Nani!?Dont remember Cell doing that,only Gotenks and Buu and never used in battles.
 
Yeah, that's being wanked hard. Izanagi's not gonna work here. Cell does A through Z and there's not gonna be any eyes left to cast Izanagi.
 
Speed is equal,how is Cell going to touch Madara when he has precog and TSBs that nullify energy attacks that destroys Cell as soon as he gets close?
 
From what I know, Izanagi requires Sharingan. Sharingan is an eye related ability. How's it gonna work when the eyes required to activate it get Roy-Mustang-vs-Envy'd by Cell?

Actually asking, btw.
 
Izanagi will remain active for an entire minute before the eye that casts it loses its abilities.

Cell will already be under IT.

Izanagi requires sharingan, which madara has three of, and hashirama's cells, which he possesses. Izanagi recreates Madara's body and after that one eye is closed.
 
should I restrict Prep time or... i mean.. if Madara doesnt watch him self he could be legit one shotted..so i personally dont think it's a stomp

The TSBs have no relevance.

Izanagi + IT already grant him the win. Cell has zero counters to either of them.
