Rock Lee. By virtue of being a better fighter. Lee is low 7-C with a casual punch in 6th Gate, Sanji isn't.

TheFinalOrder you can't argue about EXP for both. Sanji is older and MUCH more proficient with Black Leg Style than Lee is to Taijutsu, but Lee has arguably more martial arts styles, so they are = in terms of skill. Sanji, on the other hand, has minor durability negation with burning, and MUCH more stamina.

That's non-sense. And you realize, Gai in 6th Gate, who is weaker than Lee could already move fast enough to catch fire, right? Sanji's heat/fire can is arguably ineffective against 6th gate users of their calibur.

Fast enough to catch fire and being resistant to fire are two very different things. Lee being a better fighter is debatable as Black Leg style is something Lee has never dealt with just like how Taijutsu is something Sanji has never dealt with. I'd say they'd be even in this category as not too make this thread too long. Anyway Sanji would still take this via sheer versatility and higher stamina. Absolute fodder in One Piece can fight for 12 hours.

Rock Lee will get burned because Sanji in the anime said his diable jamba burns hotter than the flames of hell... and the Wolf Guy in CP9 has arguable the same durability, possibly slightly better with the Iron Body technique, than Rock Lee and he was technically destroyed based on the heat alone
The only advantage Lee has is he uses his hands but Sanji is a pro with his feet XD
Edit: Rock Lee will also have to deal with strain because of this gates while Sanji won't

Sanji's fire doesn't give us an exact temperature we can assume but it isn't has hot as lava.

For Starters, Sanji can't win via flight. He's a cqc fighter.
Second, Fodder in Naruto fought a war for Several days. So....Lee at least can last 24+ hrs and because he uses Taijutsu, his Chakra reserves and stamina won't be depleted easily. Tell me how Sanji beats him in Stamina with no proof to back Sanji?
