Spooky (Lilo & Stitch) vs Whitebeard

Hmmm.... Well then, IMHO some of the most important questions seem like something alone these lines:

Spooky's first, go-to tactic, as an experiment specifically made for that, is to read his opponent's mind, & turn into his opponent's worst fear(s). What does Whitebeard fear? Can Spooky turn into it? How dangerous is such a thing to him?

Once we have the answer to that, it would seem like the next big question is does Spooky have any notable advantages or options?

Also, Spooky presumably has worse AP &/or durability than Stitch &/or Splodyhead.

Seawater specifically, IIRC. Presumably Spooky might figure that out with his telepathy. Don't quote me, but, IIRC, Devil Fruit Users are fine with water not of the sea. Maybe Seastone/Sea Prism handcuffs or restraints? But could Whitebeard break those cuffs?

There's also the issue that the sea water has to be deep enough to submerge them at least partially. Up to a certain level/height, if my memory's correct. And once in, it's more of a stamina drain, statistical weakening, over time & Devil Fruit power nullification while in it.

If the water's shallow enough, MAYBE Whitebeard can hold on enough to walk or swim out. Or try to use the force of one of his non-DF means of attacking to break the water; Cutting it with his blade, trying to use the force of a punch to disperse the water around him, etc.

Lastly, one thing that's ambiguous to me is the note on Spooky's profile:

Weaknesses: If his opponent(s) can overcome their fears or don't have any to begin with, he will be powerless against them.

Does this mean his powers get nullified all together, temporarily or otherwise? Does it mean they simply don't work on those who overcome them? Or is it a matter of them being fears, & as a product of the mind, he has no physicality in those forms? Or that he's simply much weaker in those forms against such targets? Something else?

Whitebeard smack the green frog like he did with Akainu, the giant had literally every advantage in this fight from physical stats, destructive power, versatility, experience and combat skills.

Even Spooky's most dangerous ability would be worthless, Whitebeard has no notable fear and even if he had one is very likely that he would be able to overcome it thanks of his massive willpower and pure determination.

Whitebeard take this with Low-Mid difficulty at most.
