Kazumi Subaru vs Jeanne d'Arc

Anyway, Tart hits Kazumi really hard with a fortress-sized blast. She'd get one shot by Limiti Esterni but that's much easier to dodge.

And Kazumi's normal attacks do absolutely nothing due to Tart's tier 6 dura.
 
Yeah, it is hard to find a match for her cuz she is a frigging tank. I was planning in using Magia record Kazumi at first, but afraid that it would be too much for Tart.
