A psychopathic thread woma has to get control of her psychopathic plant dog. This may not go too well...

Who wins and why? Can the Mad Heart of the Forest obliterate Ragyo, or can the Life Fiber queen put a leash on this dog? Let me know!

The regen is a problem, but Sylvanos has ways of immobilizing Ragyo.

Also Mind Stitch won't work on him; he is a plant.
 
Yeah, doesn't seem like he's getting past that Regen. Ragyo for reasons above.

Also on my personal opinion, although I can't vote I personally think this is inconclusive. Sylvanos can bury her in a forest but can't kill her permentantly.
 
Ragyo Regenerationn and the stupid contidiots to bypass it gives her the definitive edge. Ragyo wins.
