In the finale of Legends of Tomorrow season 2 when Black Flash finally caught Eobard he phased his hand through him resulting in him being erased in a manner almost identical to when he got erased from existence due to Eddy's suicide back in The Flash season 1. Does this mean Black Flash has Existence Erasure. Here's the scene
 
I can see this happening, however, i'd need to watch some Crisis on Earth X episodes to see if he says he's actually been erased.
 
If it isn't Existence Erasure then what is it ?

It seems a bit wierd that someone who was tasked with hunting down Eobard because he was supposed to have been erased from existance, Who was equated to non existence catching up to his target, and who erased Eobard through a process that is nearly identical to when he got erased from existance the first time round wasn't using Existance Erasure in this scene

Also was it explained in the crossover what exactly happened to Eobard and how he came back? If not, then I don't think we should be ruling out Black Flash having existance erasure.
 
Don't give Black Flash existence erasure unless you plan on giving Thawne Mid-Godly regen or something lol. In that situation, both are erroneous.
 
I don't think Black Flash having existence erasure is much of a stretch but I guess its best to wait till its properly explained how Eobard came back and if the explanation contradicts existence erasure or not.
