Continuation of part 2.

11-A and 2-A Bill are back, and it's better to rediscuss that here than to reopen the other thread.

Azathoth and I have agreed to change back the stats, as there wasn't nearly enough staff approval prior.

One admin and one discussion moderator supporting a revision (and not even being that confident with their opinions at that) is not enough to downgrade one of the most popular Tier 2s on this website by literally infinity.

I won't even make changes on certain things I 100% agree on without getting more input first. That's just how things should work around here. 1 or 2 staff members shouldn't be the be all end all for change, especially such massive change.

Also Azathoth and I personally find Time Baby's statement of Bill destroying the multiverse, the statement in Journal 3 that state Bill Cipher is a "threat to the wider multiverse" and that it'd be needed to "save the multiverse from Bill's wrath" to be sufficient enough for the rating. And I find the idea that Time Baby was only referring to one out of the literal infinite universes in the cosmology when talking about all of existence to be outlandish.

Though if a higher number of staff supports these changes then I will accept them. However for now they were mainly reverted as it is protocol to wait for more input before changes. Especially such important ones like these.
 
I also agree that the previous revision wasn't properly finished and I didn't even notice when it was closed, hopefully this thread will receive the staff attention that the other didn't.
 
I'll leave the profile alone for now until an agreement is come to.
 
I don't think it needs to be highlighted for now but anyone who wants to respond can do so.
 
Just because a thread doesn't receive a lot of support doesn't automatically mean it needs to be or should be highlighted.

If another staff member wants to respond or highlight it then sure.
 
But wasn't that the entire reason it got changed back . Lack of agreement . Highlighting would mend that . Do not think many outside the ones who were apart of the original thread would comment otherwise , but ah well .
 
Why am I obligated to hightlight a thread that Azzy and I don't agree with at all that got hardly any staff support? If members want to comment here, ask others to comment here or even if staff feel it's necessary or deserving of a highlight which I don't, they can do so. And no just because a thread gets highlighted doesn't immediately mean it's going to get accepted. Simply that more people might see it.
 
Btw why his strongest key is Immeasurable? The justification looks like a remnant of his High 1-C stats
 
Exactly. The original thread got hardly any staff support . It seems ya think I'm asking for a highlight because I'm pushing for it for the changes going by your semi final sentence , honestly , do not care even slightly if anything gets accepted . But ya disagreed prior correct? Ya changed back due to lack of admin support right? Highlighting will let staff and more aware become aware of the thread and thus solving that problem . Highlighting the thread is not for my personal bias or problem but rather a suggestion in order to rectify your original problem . My bad if ya misunderstood me , just suggesting , sorry man .
 
@Kaltias Bill always had the Immeasurable for both his 2-A or his High 1-C form for the reason that's given. If most think he shouldn't have it though I'd be fine with that.
 
I mean "Exists on a far higher dimensional level of the multiverse" sounds like something that would make him High 2-A or more, given that the verse is 2-A. I don't necessarily think that the rating is wrong, but the justification is a bit confusing.
 
Well always sourcing the exact quote tends to solve that . Do ya got the exact quote ? Honestly just having the source would solve most future revisions before any happen for most profiles on the site .
 
It was discussed in the previous thread that Bill's power wasn't restricted, only his range was. As such, one of his keys should be removed. Whether it be the Low 2-C or 2-A one.

The point is that he only thing "restricted" about him was that he couldn't leave the town, it didn't actually make his power weaker.
 
I also Stanby the fact that Bill's quotes are way to vague and I also don't appreciate what is basically "he's popular so he should be 2-A because I say so" even if the thread didn't get as much input as it should
 
Speaking of his AP, does being locked in Gravity Falls really make him weaker? By the looks of it, it seems to only limit his range, do the "Restricted" and "Full Power" forms really need to be separate keys?
 
I'm sorry but are you being purposely dishonest or do you just lack any understanding of what I said? When did I ever say "he's popular so he should be 2-A because I say so" or anything that any reasonable person could interpret as such?

My point was that the slight support of 2 staff members isn't at all enough to perform such a massive change to an extremely popular page. Not that Bill should be 2-A cause he's popular.

So this isn't at all about restricting someone to a tier because "I say so". It's me wanting more approval on a massive change before implementing it, which is how we handle CRTs. I have to question your honesty or your reading comprehension skills if you twisted my words and intent to such a ludicrous extent.

I'm extremely sorry but I'm going to be a bit defensive when hit with such personal accusations about my character. Regardless it's nice we can settle this out. No hard feelings in the absolute slightest.
 
making a note to self that if i am an expert on a lore filled verse such as lets say warhammer or tes i must guard the content revision process with my life to stop the pesky mortals from adding in something completely out of place and stupid


(i have to shut down my fair share of 2-A dovahkiin revisions)
 
Right sorry about that anyway my opinion is Bill only seemed limited in range so I'm not sure if he should have those keys regardless of what his tier is
