Rick has taken on opponents and creatures that I'd say are about on par with Bill in terms of how ridiculous they look.
 
Ford believed that a weapon with Void Manipulation would be able to kill him, and being erased was what defeated him. Did you even watch the show?

Being erased was what defeated Bill in the show, there's no reason for it not to work on him here, and he would need Godly regen to come back from it, so, yeah, I think it could work.

It would've destroyed his physical form if it hit wouldn't it? Thus leaving behind only his Mindscape Form? Would that not count as incapacitation, as Bill hss almost no way to fight Rick?
 
Well, I gave the information I know about Bill and his abilities as you asked. I'm not voting, I just wanted to share what I know.

Yeah. But in what form? I can't think of anything beyond turning someone into a portal.
 
I said this before and say again, Ford had 30 years of preparation and could not beat Bill the way he planned, why Rick in 1 week could?
