This is definitely harder to decide than Sans vs Meta Knight. However, I'm thinking Sans can take it due to his abilities of teleportation and is able to throw out so many attacks that I believe Sans's energy based attacks would be able to overcome Magolor's. My vote is on Sans, but it won't be easy for him.
 
I think magolor via summoning and minor danmaku from lor starcutter,magolor has also teleportation and a great experience with it,also any hit from magolor helpers(via summoning) lor starcutter and magolor itself would kill sans,i doubt Sans can dodge too many attacks at once not even with teleportation.

But anyways, Magolor's danmaku and overall equal comparable strength to that of Kirby.
 
Some could say that Sans could beat Magolor with his KR (Karma) for "betraying" Kirby and Co., which, betrayal overall is kind of on the bad side of karma, however, it's unknown if Magolor betrayed Kirby by thinking it all along, or overall couldn't resist the crowns power, which is what I think.

But yeaaaaaah, I think Magolor gets this for summoning, danmeku, and teleportation.

... and energetic orb creation.
 
Getting the crown was his main plan, and the dude is probably still evil as suggested by a secret TKCD dialogue. (The dialogue when buying all the gem apples, I think.)

Yeah? Also in TKCD, This is also the same guy who jokes about taking over Dream Kingdom at the end of the entire game. It says on his wiki.

Besides, power corrupts and changes a person graditude and personality, changing them into a completely different person, it'd make no sense to build Kirby an amusement park for the fun of it all if he were still evil.
 
If you're referring to the one I'm pinpointing, yes, that one, I quote from the Kirby Wiki page about Magolor;

  • "When Kirby buys all 3,000 Gem Apples from the Shoppe, Magolor laughs to himself, saying that his "secret plan" is closer to completion. If Kirby upgrades all weapons and armor to DX status, Magolor parodies his speech from the end of Kirby's Return to Dream Land , saying that Dream Kingdom will bow to him. He then drops the act and explains that he is only joking."
 
Hey one can get those in any order and the first dialogue has no implication of being a joke.

The first dialouge was likely part of the joke as well, and besides, if they had no potential order, it'd be odd for Magolor to joke about taking over the kingdom, and than say his master plan is near to completion later on. The likely answer is that Magolor was just joking, as he seem entirely reformed from his corrupted personality.

KR doesn't work like that. How bad of a person you are has nothing to do with how much it hurts your it's just soul poison.
 
Sans does freaking chip damages even with Soul Manipulation. Sans would have never lost to Goku, Black Goku or hell so many other characters if he could one shot with Soul Manip. If you truly believe Sans should one shot literally anyone without Soul Manip, go make a thread. But drop it in VS Threads.

He is capable of fighting someone while racing against. Sure this is portrayed as 4-A Magolor, though let's just say Magolor is just downgraded from that, and still has the skill of fighting whilst racing.

I disagree. Sans' "chip damage" is capable of two shoting CHARA. A being with insane soul manip resistance. It's fair to say he'd one shot someone without soul manip. That's a very fair assumption.

Debunking that.Thats a NLF,sans doesnt win because of that, remember he ignores durability,dont care if you are tier 2,5 or 7,Sans will do the same damage via soul poison.
