Shoggoth doesn't really have a High 8-C key. I know it says "to", but it's mostly to note that either 8-C or 8-A are perfectly valid.
 
They are just 8-C, but the fight is still valid IMO, I mean that hax the Shoggoth is gonna count for something.

Anyway, I go for Joseph Joestar because if I researched correctly, the Shoggoth pretty much stay in one place (Yes, they can't move in the book, the speed you see in the profiles is their attacking speed, not their movement speed) and do nothing, so Joseph can just "run n gun" with Hamon. As long as he doesn't get hit though
 
Come on guys, Joseph only needs one more vote to win!

Or at least make it so we can talk about this fight again...
 
As much as I hate to vote against JoJo, what can he actually do to these things? It's not like Hamon or clacker balls are going to hurt much, and y'boy only has so many grenades.
 
I'm not sure that's possible. Hamon doesn't seem to affect things other than vampires much, and where does he punch? Do they have vital organs? Brains? Anything other than eldritch goop?
 
Hamon can do plenty if things , and it can even kill humans . Or turn mundane objects into lethal weapons, or eject water hard enough to harm tier 8 fighters and more . Not mentioning the defensive and versatility of hamon. Being goop would be bad, conduction of hamon gonna better . He could capably and easily solidify the monster .
 
Maybe , as someone who just went through all of part 1 and 2 for the upcoming clean up, hamon can be used in numerous ways , and said ways can Atleast incapacitate if not let him win .
