Upgrade for SCP-2599

(Note: I know there's another thread on this, but it's so old and dated at this point that I feel it should be disregarded)

So as of this year, we've got 076 and 096 scaled to 682, thanks to their respective fights with the lizard that're detailed in the Termination Log. Fine and dandy, really.

That said, how come 2599 isn't getting in on this? Going by the same Termination Log, in her fight against 682, she was kicking his ass:

"Termination Test Record:

SCP-2599 was ordered to attack SCP-682 "until it is 200% dead". SCP-2599 proceeded to engage SCP-682 in combat for 42 minutes, at the end of which three of SCP-682's limbs had been severed, its thorax had been crushed, and both its eyeballs had been ruptured. SCP-2599 then seized SCP-682's head, apparently in preparation for pulling it off of SCP-682's body. In response, SCP-682 vocalized the phrase "KILL ME, YOU SACK OF ORGANS, DO IT."

SCP-2599 immediately released SCP-682, and stood unmoving until security personnel removed it from the testing chamber. Subsequent attempts to terminate SCP-682 before it could regenerate from its injuries were ineffective."

I'd say this constitutes an upgrade to High 8-C. Anyone else agree?

...Actually, no, 2599's powers vary directly based on the commands she is given, her AP can vary drastically. Based on the nature of her powers, giving her a set tier wouldnt make much sense.

...So what do we do about that, then? Do we just place her at Unknown when given a command?

I feel like there should at least be some sort of limit placed on that, since she doesn't seem to have any feats above High 8-C. (Unless she does?)

Maybe this could work?

"Attack Potency: Human level normally. Up to High 8-C when given a command. (Dealt severe damage to SCP-682 when told to attack it "until it is 200% dead"), possibly higher"

Alright, I need to ask this before I go about editing the profile: Would 2599 scale in terms of speed as well? Or should we leave that section as it is?

Edit: Other revisions are done. Just waiting on the verdict for her speed now.

I think she should scale to SCP-682's speed
