huh. Tempted to say Silver Chariot is faster than Crazy Diamond since part 4 Jotaro was slower than in his prime (part 3) and SC was close in speed, if not faster than Star Platinum when he took off his armor. However, strength, durability and versatility would all go to Josuke. So all in all, Josuke would probably win 6-7/10, but Polpol still stands a chance.

Gonna go with pol, Chariot is faster . Blitzing being fully likely without the armor, was one major threat against Part 3 Jotaro, (who is > than part 4 jotaro, who still beats out crazy diamond in strength and speed).
Better experience also, over a decade worth . Plus pol has fought stands like him prior. Josuke has not fought abything like chariot .
Plus pol after watching him use make use of crazy diamonds ability , which would be early on may make pol not fall for the traps, with factoring in peak pol (who tends ta be perceptive and clever).
Josuke has versatility, pol has experience, speed, armor, Attack and dyrability equal, but chariot may actually edge out with feats. (Plus range with extended melee range and shooting).
