Pretty sure Athena isn't baseline 2-C. Regardless, the AP advantage seems to be a thing she has here. With speed being equalized, I think Athena is taking this one.
 
Moon is in the same place as Athena (although she seems higher in AP) and she does not mean much here, because their hax is the only way to win the fight, the two have different ways of panning. even if moon seems to have more thing like scealing or sleep manip Moon precog can also be problematic for athena

Actually, Athena also has sealing since she used to seal other gods like Poseido before.

I also doubt that sleep manip can work on Athena since even God Saints can resist Hypnos's Eternal Drowsiness, which Athena is far superior than them.
 
Athena wields the literal embodiment of Victory as her weapon which is why she always emerges victorious against stronger gods like Hades, Poseidon, and Ares.

Moon stands no chance.

Moon again because she is cuter.

Athena is stone cold and doesnt even pay her saints not ascend at least Seiya to Gold Saint after the Sanctuary Saga.
