Btw, what his range - asking this as I'm not sure what key is being used for Fugil.

Over Limit Ouroboros is being used. Zero One is technically self-BFR, but it takes 1 second to activate, and if Fugil is attacked during that 1 second, then the one who attacked him will be the one transported to its pocket dimension where time is permanently stopped.

Can he attack from the self-BFR dimension? Not sure how he fight since I never participed in a match of his.
Zhong Yue more than sure will let him do the first move since he's a tactician and will try to deschiphe his enemy. He will also likely use Sword Qi as his first move to test the water and with his Analytical Prediction, it wouldn't take too much to find how any technique/art Fugil use works.

No he can't attack from that dimension, he needs to materialize again to attack.
Also, Zhong Yue doesn't resist law hax, so whatever Fugil decides to do with it should work. Prediction is not a problem for Fugil, he has faced againts opponents who can predict his movements a lot of times, and Critical Hit can destroy Zhong Yue's weapon.

What's his Law Hax - how does it works?
Sword Qi is not something he use with his hand, this of it like a rain of Swords made of energy (Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon way - if it helps to imagine).
Sure he may have fought oponent who can predict his movement but not on the scale of Zhong Yue who
Zhong Yue also has limited Reactive Evolution + Instinctive Reaction + Power Mimicry combined with his Analytical Prediction makes him a hard oponent to fight. Bonus to this is Visualization which let him create anything as long he understand it (from material things to immaterial phenomens).

He fought againts an opponent with this:
Wise Blood ― Accel: An upgraded version of Wise Blood that allows Krulcifer to know not only her opponent's next attack, but every possible action they might take, carrying out several hundreds of prediction calculations to produce the formula to reach victory in an instant, and being able to change it with every action taken. This also shows every weak point the opponent may have to allow her to perfectly exploit them to her advantage.
Limited Reactive Evolution gets countered by Accelerated Development. Fugil also has Instictive Reaction and Analytical Prediction, the only thing stopping Fugil from defeating Zhong Yue withh skill is specifically his prediction. And Fugil can just negate it with law hax, since he can power null with that.

Hmm that's some strong Law Manipulation. Zhong Yue doesn't have anything in this key against it or powernull. The only condition to win that Zhong Yue has is if Fugil tries to temper with Zhong's soul or try posses him (if he has someting like this) as if he tries any of them then Xin Huo will destroy it. Another condition to win is if Zhong let Xin Huo to posses his body which will likely make a stomp in his favor as Xin Huo can fight with 5-B beings if he posses him for 15 minutes but since the tier is not yet on profile for Xin Huo Possession its just "higher" curently. This is so as when I made the profile I didn't have the feats how strong Xin Huo is in Yue's body.
Summary: Zhong Yue condition is if Fugil tries to temper with his soul or he tries a possession othersiwe he has no condition to win.
Another condition but likely not is if Zhong Yue mimic his Law Hax but this is too much for this key.

Votinng for him, not likely Zhong can do anything about that Law hax if Fugil doesn't try some soul hax.
