I think Natsu still did not know anything of white zeref in the first place while Zeref knew about Natsu heritage, powers and things like that

bruh in that fight natsu and zeref were interrupted by mavis

Natsu wins this pretty handily as he already beat Zeref in a weaker form in Canon, plus he can get around Fairy Heart since his current DF has every fire property he had packed into one so he can powernull his rewind stuff and stall his regen
